it's too bad management is really inconsiderate of the employees. No fairness whatsoever. The people in the office have no idea what is really going on on the production floors. All they care about is the numbers...
if want overtime because you will not get a raise, this place is for you.
Program Management/Engineering (Former Employee) – Design & Development – October 16, 2012
No responsibility is ever given or taken by management for the facilities, work load, direction and structure.
You will be expected to lie to customers about the issues that are CONSTANTLY arising due to lack of work force needed (for the work accepted by Management) to produce a quality product.
Facility is filthy. Window and floors covered in dirt and very poor air quality. Management does not care about their employees.
This location of Omron, due to having no real responsibilities for it self due the restricting hold of the Japanese parent company, give unrealistic deadlines with no interdepartmental support or communication. Everyone is constantly pointing fingers at other departments and will never own their mistakes.
This place has so many problems to even list. Do not work here or this place will kill your spirit.
If you do have to work here due to no other choice, then watch your back and always choose your words and battles carefully or you will find your self back on this sight looking for another job.
poor management, no direction/prioritization/scheduling of work, sop not enforced, lie to customers, health hazard, budget issues, lack of resources
