About ONCURE Medical Corp
OnCure Medical Corp. ("OnCure" or the "Company"), owns, operates and manages fourteen (14) radiation cancer treatment centers located in California, Jacksonville and Bradenton, Florida. Our centers are designed and equipped to provide diagnostic and treatment programs to cancer patients on an outpatient basis. We do not own physician – more... practices nor do we maintain any control over the provision of medical services at our centers. We do, however, provide capital and management resources to our affiliated physician groups, including clinical management, billing and collection, data warehousing and other administrative services. We also own a mobile Positron Emission Tomography unit, a mobile Cat Scan 3-Dimensional Treatment Planning system and two mobile High Dose Rate Brachytherapy units.
Our goal is to become a leading network provider of radiation therapy services in the United States through strategic relationships, new center developments, prudent acquisitions and internal growth. The services we provide are predicated upon state-of-the-art information systems and the delivery of superior university level care in a cost efficient manner.
