A typical day at work was just a busy day. I learned that there is always going to be some good and bad moments with customers and you would make mistakes that you may not notice until after you've handled all your customers. Management is around but always busy and don't know whats going on most of the times. Co-workers are nice,friendly and very helpful at all times there like family there when you need them.The hardest part of the job was to not make any mistakes, notifying a manager for any errors or for assistant when you have a long line of cars and dealing with uncooperative customers that don't want to pay their parking fee. The enjoyable part of the job was meeting new customers that are from out of town that enjoyed there day at city place and left with a smile.
