Management encourage work balance. Good caring company, company values employee input

Job was ok, but the benefits suck, management was not good.
You get to ride in the company bus to take you from place to place in the job.

I was able to show my skills and put into practice all my years and knowledge of experience into all aspects of the day and night cleaning operations while in charged of all Community clooeges in Broward County Florida. I was very content with the company during the time I served.

A typical day a work was usually good. I learned how to work with others better and make skits.Management was polite, respectful and helpful.Co-workers became friends.The hardest part of the job was cleaning all the windows.The most enjoyable part of the job was my breaks.

I didn't work for One Source for very long because it was only four hours a day. That wasen't enough hors for me but I stayed until I found another job and gave them two weeks notice then went on to work at Value City.

This company is not worth the money and it pays to little for what you have to do, I would never work for i again.

Management is constantly sending out helpful reminders about business practices, maintains a monthly newsletter with info about the company and other employees.

The Hardest part of the job is Being Out in the field on Bad weather days like extremely hot or non-stop rain HAIL or snow and when its very cold.

My typical day was dealing with the public. Offering solutions of saving money in this trying economy. I learned how to manage myself and others. Management is very understanding and very optimistic in my abilities to perform my job giving me the confidence need to become successful. My co-workers are very supportive. I am incharge of some offices that I have to clean every night. Also I used to work doing landscaping.

Day begin at 6 am,discuss the work order for the day ,divided the group in teams. I learn a lot about structural painting,good managment,and good people too.the job was not complicated,it was easy if you know what to do.The most enjoyable part of the job was to see a good and a quality job done.

the job was a deascent job it was just that it had safty issues an there staff was not well trained or organized but aside from the long hours no play all work 7days a week i liked working cause im hyper so i prefer a job with constant movement
