This company is not supportive and does not invest in new employees. I was told that they do not pay for training and that I would have to come and be trained on my own dime. Being a new graduate at the time I was desperate and trained on my own dime because I wanted the experience. Being a Registered technologist means nothing to this company they will promote Nonregistered technologist they like over them, I had absolutely no support and the second time I made a mistake I was fired. I was not even allowed to defend myself and I was never told what the mistake was. I was not counseled on the mistake or given extra training I was simply fired. I really loved the patients because patient care is my strength.
If you are looking for an environment where you can put the patient first and get the support you need to be a great team member this is not the place for you.
The paperwork was unreasonable and it took 20 minutes to process one patients paperwork.
The hardest part of this job for me was not getting the support and training I needed as a new graduate. If you are a seasoned technologist then this place may work for you.
There's no direct deposit, 401K and the cost of insurance is unreasonable.
