Working at One Touch Direct

  • Brian Pritchard in Lake Butler, Florida 44 months ago
these guys do not pay industry standard pay for call center reps. They also do not advise you of the wage during the prescreen phone call or on the application. It is NOT inbound sales at all. A Kroll dialer send the calls that the computer has called for you. These are 100% cold calls. I sat with a gentleman for 15 minutes to determine if the was a legitmate way to make a living and I am disappointed to say - NO, it is not. The demographics of the company: mostly young males peddling "suppplimental" insurance for a failing AIG, new phone service for veriozn and cable service with FIOS. It mentioned in the employment as that you would be respnsible for maintiang clients and upgrading them and that is would require exceptional customer service skills. Quite frankly they will employ anyone with a pulse.
