This company should be on top 5 worst places to work in Tampa
account advisor (Former Employee), tampa,fl – April 11, 2013
Pros: somewhere to have a job
Cons: terrible management
First off the people there are great dont get me wrong.During my first month of employment I made bonus as soon as I came out of training class which they paid the first check on time and accurate. Then the second bonus check period came around and I was supposed to be paid in the last week in december. Some how my stats disappeared and never got paid – more... until I raised hell and refused to work for a week, then they eventually paid me at the end of january...since then Ive had incorrect hourly and bonus checks. I finally decided to turn in my badge because enough was enough...til this day Im yet to receive my final check which was never sent to me...3days off work isnt much to me but "WOW" is all i can say...personally this company gets one star and thats for being somewhere to get a job. – less

Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – January 17, 2013
Pros: great work experience
Cons: far from home
I provided customers with there needs and also made sure the customer was satisfied at all times. I have learned patience is the key to success. The team at onetouch is an outstanding group of people and motivating team. The hardest part of this job is when you can not help the customer but the most enjoyable part of it is when you can or find someone – more... who can help the customer – less

Phone Sales Rep...
Phone Sales Representative (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – December 5, 2012
My typical day of work was always a long hard day but eventually came out to be a perfect one. I've learned how to be a better person and how I would want to be treated if was the customer and not the employee. The whole entire staff was great. They worked with you so that you could accomplish anything you wanted during your time at the company. The – more... hardest part of the job was dealing with the customers. Some days I would get upset customers and try to satify their every need so that they could have a good product. The most enjoyable part of the job was talking so many diffferent customers and giving them them the best service. – less

Good work place I liked selling the phones.....
Customer Service Representative (CSR) (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – November 6, 2012
Pros: they had someone come in and serve us lunch...so we didn't have to leave the premises
Cons: healthcare plan and 401k could have been better
We had to sign into our computers at 8:855...we started taking calls at 9:10....I liked to get signed in about 9:50 that way i can see if there are any changes that happened that night or new posting from T-mobile....around 10:00 we would have our team meeting....which would last from 10 to 20 minutes....Dante my supervisor was good at getting us prepared – more... for the day...Then i started making sales.....recieved feedback from QA...I really didn't like hearing from them..because you had the potentail of losing sales if you didn't follow the guidelines...I made a couple of good friends.. – less

Outbound sales center
Enrollment Agent (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – August 8, 2012
Pros: commission, reasonable hours
Cons: high turnover rate
Making 80-100 outbound calls a day to potential clients in regards to AIG Essential Health program. Explaining the benefits and of joining the program and how it can strengthen their existing health policy.

Learned how to implement certain sales tactics to reach daily goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Management ready to coach when – more... metrics are not being met which helped increase performance and reach and surpass daily goals.

Co-workers were very friendly and continue to maintain relationships with several of them til this day.

Hardest part of the job was cold calling clients and convincing them to enroll the healthcare plan we offered.

Most enjoyable part of the job were the incentives given for reaching and surpassing goals. – less

Well, Its A job
Sales Representative (Current Employee), Tampa, FL – July 22, 2012
its your typical call center environment, unstable for the most part and everchanging. The high turn over rate makes it easy for the company to not provide many benefits although I will say they have some after proven value to the company. The hardest part of the job i would have to say is the repetiveness and the fact that each changes of sort may – more... lie in store for any individual no matter the position. The most enjoyable part of the job is they do offer a lot of flexibility as far as scheduling, so it does make it easy to incorporate a life of some sort. Just to be honest this is probably a job i would recommend for a college student , not someone who is looking for stability. – less

Not what it seems at all
Customer service rep (Former Employee), tampa,fl – July 20, 2012
Pros: insurance after 4 months
Cons: deceptive employment tactics, unstable employment, bad payroll accounting
During interview you may be brought in for one job but end up training for something different, hours are different, pay is different. Less than 15 minute breaks, unorganized and unstable. If you need a real job just this isnt on par with most legitimate companies..
