Pros: base pay plus commission, benifits (dental, vision, healthcare after 4 months)
Cons: 5 minute breaks only, no stability, every week there are changes to the center, poor training
This company is a joke...They sell you a dream in training, then once you get out on the floor you become aware of the reality. The training is 4 weeks in a classroom setting and 1 week of "nesting" which is out on the phones. One Touch Directs training program is horrible. The material taught in the classroom has absolutley no relavence out on the
– more... call center floor. Once your in "nesting" they basically just throw you out there to see who sinks or swims. The supervisors there are not very professional. There were only two that actually were leaders. This is not a secure job and is not a company to grow with. OTD has such a high turn over rate....and after working for them, now I know why. I quite and found other employment after six months....that was long enough for me. Good Luck to who ever is next at this place. – less
