Flexible Work schedule
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – June 15, 2012
Pros: prizes and rewards for production
Cons: rarely hire from within
The winning quality of this company is that they are very willing to work your schedule to fit your life. As long as you are being a productive employee and your meeting your minimum required hours each week.

Not What It Seems.
CSSC (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – June 12, 2012
Pros: base pay plus commission, benifits (dental, vision, healthcare after 4 months)
Cons: 5 minute breaks only, no stability, every week there are changes to the center, poor training
This company is a joke...They sell you a dream in training, then once you get out on the floor you become aware of the reality. The training is 4 weeks in a classroom setting and 1 week of "nesting" which is out on the phones. One Touch Directs training program is horrible. The material taught in the classroom has absolutley no relavence out on the – more... call center floor. Once your in "nesting" they basically just throw you out there to see who sinks or swims. The supervisors there are not very professional. There were only two that actually were leaders. This is not a secure job and is not a company to grow with. OTD has such a high turn over rate....and after working for them, now I know why. I quite and found other employment after six months....that was long enough for me. Good Luck to who ever is next at this place. – less

Low Commisions ($5.00), shortest breaks (5 mins)allowable by law
nobody (Current Employee), Tampa, FL – May 16, 2012
Pros: flexible work schedules
Cons: taking advantage of trusting little old ladies
I signed on for a customer service position with some sales potential. Now I am being told to sell added services to customers that are calling trying to lower their bills. Even though the customers do not own a computer we must try to sell them internet service
The commissions have been cut to $5.00 per sale and breaks have been cut to only the1st – more... five minutes paid. – less

great energy
Telephone Sales Representative (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – May 15, 2012
Pros: flexiblity
Cons: medical benefits after 1 year of employment
One touch direct is a great place to work if telemarketing sales is your forte. I personally am not a sales person but the right individual will thrive in this environment.

Horrible
Agent (Former Employee), Tampa, FL – May 8, 2012
They decieve and trick you into thinking youre going to blossom and succeed in the company and barely give you any time to learn your job before they fire you. They have a lot of maturing to do as a whole and the whole enviorment is extremely unprofessional!

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!
Sales Representative, Full Time Employment (Former Employee), St. Catharines, ON – January 7, 2013
Pros: no pros!
Cons: too many to name
A terrible place to work. They have a tendency to not meet their employees needs such as reasonable time off requests. And whatever time you miss, they force you to make up that missed time. The management discriminates certain against employees they do not like. Meaning they play the favourites game.
