Worst place to work at
Contract - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXSeptember 6, 2017
it was the worst working environment to work at. You never knew when your manager will take away your job as there was no job security at OneSource Virtual. The leadership was horrible at managing their employees.

Basic terms of a used car salesman. Anything to get you in but fails to maintain afterwards. Lack of management in a professional environment contributes to a high turnover rate.

OSV is a super place to work.
COBRA Specialist (Current Employee) –  Coppell, TXJanuary 29, 2017
You go in you work and you're busy all day -not enough time to get the job done!! They buy lunch frequently for employees. You get almost 23 days of vacation!! What I have learned is very valuable as they do have quite an integral system. They have great management, great culture and job security but it is a call center.
Pros
my hours
Cons
lots of vacation time.

Very busy workload for certain departments, but difficult to get promoted unless your tenure there is very long. Nepotism is somewhat an issue.

Requires self motivation and direction. Every day there is something new to learn and unique challenges in performing the job. Management has mandated lots of manual tracking projects that I think could better be done by the software systems, and I think they are moving in that direction. The work/life balance is great, benefits are great, people are great.

I started off doing benefit administration. I now have added to that: helpdesk support. This was not expected, but change happens rapidly in the business world and it's an adjustment.
Pros
Pto

Growth opportunities are limited.

Going through lots of rapid change
Once things change, they change again, processes lack stickiness
Core folks are great, newer folks are changing the culture and they work at all levels

Fun place to work but compensation below par
Consultant (Current Employee) –  Irving, TXNovember 10, 2015
Its a great place to work and learn but compensation is below par. It is not a small company anymore so they should stop paying their employees like a startup.
Pros
Fun people to work with
Cons
Salary structure is below par

No in house management, immature "adults". When you bring items to out of state management's attention, you are labeled a "trouble-maker" and nothing gets done.
Pros
Casual dress code
Cons
Lack of management

Fun place to work!
Treasury Associate Clerk (Former Employee) –  Las Colinas, TXJanuary 8, 2015
One source knows how to have fun while you work!

They truly live by the saying "work hard play hard." I have learned a lot from working here. My co workers were a great part of that. We always worked as a team, and everyone was willing to lend a helping hand.
