Great place to learn!
Staff Accountant (Former Employee) –  Chantilly, VAOctober 26, 2015
Started at Online Resources when there was just 50 employees, almost made it 15 years, learn so much during my time with this company, promoted several times, survived the hard times, always said I would go till they asked me to and handed me a package, that day came in 2011, soon after they were acquired by ACI Worldwide.

Thankfully the company was just sold
Database admin (Current Employee) –  PrincetonFebruary 14, 2013
Hopefully with fresher upper management we could get fresher newer ideas! The systems are always breaking down. Everything is done manually. HR is nonexistent. No room for advancement! Hopefully with the sale of the company things will get better. I can't see them keeping the Columbus office open.It doesn't makes sense to keep that center open
Pros
supervisor is fun
Cons
upper management walks around as if they're better then anyone else

Productive workplace with poor training and management
Technical Account Manager (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJOctober 31, 2012
A small-medium sized company that provides technological products/solutions to banks and billers. They are rated in top 100 Fin-Tech companies of 2011. Your pay is commensurate with your experience. Many positions may require you to work from remote during after-work hours and weekends. There is no training modules or mentoring.
Pros
salary, casual attire
Cons
no training, managment plays favorites

Sr. Client Services Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Princeton, NJApril 11, 2012
What I like most about Online Resources is the managers are not constantly watching over your shoulder. You can work and get your job done without feeling pressured. The co-workers you work with will end up becoming lifelong friends. They do not have a high turn over rate. So some of the employees will end up being there for years and years. Online Resources does try to do a lot of activities for employees so it doesn't feel just a 9 to 5 job. They want you to get involved and feel welcome to be apart of a great working environment.
Pros
half day summer fridays, employee activities, occasionally free lunches
