Progressive, employee-friendly OHS is seeking full time qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to provide medical services to designated beneficiaries in a clinical setting in Cayuga, New York. Perform a full range of professional LPN concepts and practices on site, using furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. All aspects of LPN shall be commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to the items listed below.

Job Duties:

 Collect samples for testing, perform routine laboratory tests
 Measure and record patients' vital signs
 Prepares patients for diagnostic procedures
 Provides post-op care
 Prepares, operates, and monitors specialized equipment such as cardiac monitors, defibrillators, etc.
 Administrative duties
o Answering telephones
o Greeting patients
o Updating and filing patients’ medical records
o Filling out insurance forms
o Handling correspondence
o Scheduling appointments
o Arranging for laboratory services
o Handling billing and bookkeeping
 Prepare and submit appropriate documentation as specified in applicable regulations
 Liaison and report to higher facility as required for patient’s continuum of care
 Work collaboratively with healthcare team in Primary Care
 Other duties as assigned


 Experience in outpatient care in a family medicine or internal medicine
 Current BLS by the AHA, ARC, ASHI or ACEP Certification
 No loss, reduction, restriction, or revocation of clinical privileges at any institution
 No pending litigation for medical malpractice
 No current or pending felony criminal charges
 Physically capable of performing all LPN services with reasonable accommodation.
