We are currently seeking a part-time Marketing/Sales Assistant to assist our Branding and Sales team in the White Plains location. This is an excellent entry level opportunity to begin your career in one of the leading industries worldwide.
The primary responsibilities will include:
Support sales teams with duties that include but are not limited to product research, product pricing, order processing, sample requests and other sales support tasks.
General office tasks such as mail preparation and distribution, send and receive shipments, faxing, copying and/or scanning documents, coordinating of messenger service, filing product catalogs and sales files, maintain product catalog and shipping room and other common areas.
Assist in coordination of sales presentations and other marketing materials.
Other special sales-related and office-related projects as assigned.
Able to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Must be proficient in MSOffice: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Assist with creation of presentations; familiar with graphics programs, able to manipulate art, create virtual renderings, design and layout
Experience w/social media activities and processes
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Must possess a positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
Able to multitask in a challenging, fast paced environment
Must be professional at all times and possess a high level of integrity
