It's a great starter job but there's not much career advancements. Hours are set and you can't make more hours. You get commission but get about 70-75 biweekly when working full time.

Great place to work. Great people. Smart managers. Lack of resources. High Stress. Typical day at work would start by 7:00am; check in on emails and staff. Then focus on high level strategy. Assignments and check in again before end of day.

This company works its employees to the core, in a very stressful environment and does not offer any form of assistance to help.
The pay rate does not reflect the amount of work employees put and the hours are not desirable.

un par de años trabajando para esta empresa no hay oportunidad de crecimiento , supervisora no tiene experiencia para tratar con empleados o un grupo de personas tampoco para manejar planes de desarrollo en producción de su region , metas inestables cambios en equipos de trabajo renuncia frecuente de empleados , departamento de recursos humanos siempre cubre errores de los supervisores .
demasiado favoritismo , horarios nunca están a tiempo siempre hay cambios de ultimo momento.

lo único bueno de esta empresa es la paga part time 14 dólares la hora full time 13 dólares la hora plus monthly incentives como maximo 500

A typical day at work usually consists of taking payments, starting/finishing application process with clients, and awarding clients with official loan payment.
I have learned a lot in regards to what directly affects one's credit history and how to avoid engaging in behaviors that will negatively affect your credit score.
Management is great. My manager in particular is usually pretty clear of the expectations she has set out for us. There is no micro-managing present and we have the liberty to work in a way that is comfortable for us.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with the clients. Most of the locations are set up in low income communities with clients who come in with very little education. We have to usually educate them about their credit score, etc. Sometimes they are not very understanding of the company's policies and may get frustrated although it is not our fault.
Helping people out who genuinely need the help is the best and most fulfilling part of the job.

Supervisora de distrito sin experiencia no sabe como manejar correctamente un equipo no como dirijirse a ellos , siempre condiciona el trabajo de sus empleados y comete bastantes errores , dpto de recursos humanos no cuida de sus empleados, cuando la tienda no llega a sus numeros comienzan a cortar las horas en forma de represalia contra empleados , mucho favoritismo , no recomiendo trabajar aquí ambiente muy toxico aunque la paga es buena , no permiten tener vida fuera del trabajo , no recomiendo que apliquen en la area de Riverside ,
