Self serving boss, constant staff turn-over, unsatisfying work

Cons: no breaks, no benefits, very low financial compensation.
Very difficult work environment. The boss/owner would take all the interesting and placeable mandates while leaving the employee with very difficult and few mandates. This would make it a long day with very little to work on. There was a constant turn over in staff causing an uncomfortable work environment.
