Every center has it’s own culture, continuous improvement in technology and leadership.
Horrible compensation, poor work ethics, lack of leadership
Co-workers are great, upper management needs major attitude adjustment. Director of operations is never there, when she shows up, she criticizes and “dresses you down”, very toxic environment, former employee, Portland, OR
Cut throat, very low moral
The mobile location is horrible. The management is very unprofessional and some of the employees are lazy. Im glad i stopped working there!
For the most part supportive.

Caustic in CT
In the pharmacy department at my particular location, the morale is terrible, pharmacists work at least 1 hr overtime every day, underperformers are rarely disciplined or terminated, so if you are lazy and you suck, you will last a long a time here.
It is horrible, chaotic with backstabbing co-workers.
