I was in the interview process for this company longer than I was employed. the longest meeting I ever had with my boss was when I was let go. I was given not only no support or guidance, but my job relied on other people to provide support. I was there for 5 months, and those people were gone for 2 of those 5. The people seem nice, but as it turns out I was being stabbed in the back by a co-worker who assured me that what was said in our cubicle would stay there. Furthermore, I was let go after being given one somewhat negative meeting, which was later identified as a "warning", although it was initiated by me and was never identified as any type of disciplinary action. On top of which, after the meeting, I instantly made the changes which were referred to. Ultimately I was let go because I was simply "expected to know" what the manager wanted, without being given any instruction, and for doing work at a very high level under any other circumstances. It is impossible to work for this company. This is why they will always be a rinky dink, third-rate place you will never hear about. Do NOT take a job here unless you absolutely must, and even then, begin looking for your next job immediately, because you will never be able to meet expectations. Even if you are great, you will fail, because you will NEVER BE TOLD WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU, and then will be held responsible for having failed to reach some standard.
