Good opportunities for advancement; mentoring program, CPM program company paid for all expenses, culture depends on which manager is ahead of your division some use more scare tactics than positive; concerned more with outcomes than employees. Made some of the best friends as co-workers there. I was given a promotion to Special Projects Coordinator; however, it was difficult for me to completely perform all duties for this position while I was made to continue to train new guardianship auditors because I did it well and very efficiently. New management came in and changed culture of the office and people were no longer happy. That is why I chose to find other employment.
