A typical day at work would be transcription and time management to meet deadlines. Management was excellent & enjoyable. Co-workers were always team players. The hardest part of my job was to make sure that if I needed the help to make deadlines, that I would delegate my work. The most enjoyable part of the job was job security.

I enjoyed working for the doctor and the co-workers very much. I had a hard time understanding some of the changes going on with the new manager. But overall it was a great place, and I would always have respect for the Dr. The hardest part of the job was saying good-by to our patients when their time came, but these things are neccesary.

The most challenging aspects of my job is locating available resources for families in relations to lack of housing.
The most rewarding part of my job is assisting with emergencies by accessing agency and community partnerships

I highly recommend the 4-H TACO horse camp for anyone with a special needs student in Orange County Virginia! Children get to learn and experience things on a more tactile level and are surrounded by caring and loving people. I volunteered with the 63d RSC (Regional Support Command) while on unemployment, due to my contract ending with Serco-NA. I continued to work with the 63d RSC as a consultant until the Dept of Army - Civilian position became available.

Typed in all information being given by the caller and dispatched calls out to the agencies while typing and talking on the phone. Maintained several certifications related to this job. This seems to be a dead end job. No advancement opportunities. Many friends and family are hired. I would not recommend.
