Development of employees for further promotion to other parts of the company is possible. Problem is little feedback is given to you by management to fix possible issues that may hinder your promotion to other areas.
On a day to day basis taking care of clients issues will require critical thinking and problem solving. One thing to remember about this company though is that the client always comes first. Orchard will not stand by it's employees if their is an issue with a major client the client will come first.
