OrderWithMe, Inc. is looking to hire an Industry Growth Specialist to join our entrepreneurial, fast paced, and fun team in Downtown Las Vegas, NV.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for executing the business development and onboarding strategy to suppliers in specific industries. You will be the point of contact for suppliers in the industry you're supporting from initial contract negotiations, ERP system integration, to user support.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has strong negotiating skills, great interpersonal and communication abilities, and an eagerness to listen well enough to discern what a supplier needs, not just what they want. We look for creative problem solving (we are a start-up after all), an affinity for technology solutions to business, a passion for helping small business owners, and excellent project management skills.
Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Signing up additional suppliers to the OrderWithMe platform and negotiating agreements with them.
- Executing and creatively improving supplier onboarding and engagement strategies.
- Promoting OrderWithMe platform through industry associations, trade shows and buying groups.
- Representing the OrderWithMe brand while providing account management and fielding all client communication, questions, requests, and issues.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Supplier Relations to maximize supplier activity on the site.
- Working with the User Experience team to gather feedback on customer behavior, usability issues, and ordering obstacles.
- Utilizing site data such as client and industry ordering trends to help keep suppliers engaged and actively using the site.
- Ownership of your industry accounts: responsible for setting up the platform and making sure it is ready to launch. Gathering all necessary info such as supplier data and product catalogs for Data team to populate the platform
- Working with suppliers to ensure accuracy of data on site.
- Other duties and responsibilities required to serve the business team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
- Willingness to travel to visit industry groups and trade shows
- Must be a team player and able to handle a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work on-site in our Las Vegas office
- Proficient with Windows and Mac office software
- Strong understanding of the supply chain
