Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, outgoing professional with a “Whatever it Takes” attitude to join our San Antonio team.

Our ideal candidate must have at least one year of industry related experience. Strong collections background preferred. Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and sales ability is a must. Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and LIHTC Guidelines needed. NALP, HQS, UPCS certifications preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Industry-related software proficiency (RealPage)preferred. High school diploma required; some college a plus. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.

Job expectations include:

  • Management of site team in absence of manager.
  • Responsible for bookkeeping, leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
  • Assisting with special projects or activities, including due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company-sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc.
