Service Operations Team Lead (Current Employee) – Wheeling, WV – July 6, 2014
Each day brings new experiences and learning opportunities. Management seems to do a lot of micro-managing which can make some people feel that they don't have much control or decision making abilities. Co-workers are great and are willing to help out as needed. The hardest part of the job would be to have to adapt to frequent changes with litter or no training. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to work with highly educated individuals and for a world known law firm.
Free breakfast once a month, free parking, friendly staff
Low bonus compensation for staff, lawyers have precedence over all decisions, Management changes a lot.
