Located at the Operations Center in Chambersburg, PA the Human Resources Generalist – Benefit Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of task and duties which supports the Human Resource/Training Department functions with a primary focus of overseeing the Health & Welfare Benefit programs; Manage Leave of Absences, FMLA, Short/Long Term Disability and Worker’s Compensation programs; Prepare Affirmative Action Plan, and other EEOC Compliance reports, Unemployment Compensation Claims, Employee Handbook, revise and interpret policy and procedures; Responsible for the preparation and coordination of the Annual Salary Planning process; Primary back-up support to the Compensation – Administrative Associate; Assist with audits and the hiring process.
Education/Training: A Two(2) year degree in Business or Accounting; or a combination of a High School diploma or equivalent with prior working experience in benefit administration is required. A B.S. or B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field with specialized training relating to benefit administration is preferred.

Experience: Aminimum of two (2) years prior experience in the Human Resource field with applicable working knowledge of administering Health & Welfare benefit programs is required. Prior Payroll experience is preferred.
