Enjoyed my work and the people I worked with.
Medical Transcriptionist (Former Employee), Allentown, PAMarch 10, 2014
Pros: free lunches
Cons: trying to understand other physicians.
I think the hardest part of my job was learning how to listen to other Physicians dictate. I did learn different words in Orthopaedic terminology every day. I enjoyed lunches for secretary's day.

Terrific Orthopaedic doctor's in a patient oriented atmosphere
Radiologic Technologist, PACS Administrator (Current Employee), Wausau, WIJanuary 6, 2013
Pros: physicians frequently buy lunch for the entire staff.
Cons: as in any facility there are individuals who want to control others.
This orthopaedic clinic is a great place to work. The doctor's are "human" and put the patient's needs and care as their first concern. I have the utmost respect for the entire operation of this clinic.

Terminated while an inpatient in the hospital
Insurance Follow-Up Specialist/Appeal Specialist (Former Employee), Westlake, OHSeptember 11, 2012
Pros: good pay, free lunches from drug reps
Cons: unjust termination of employees
I was terminated while being treated as an inpatient. There was no room for advancement within the company and many of the employees were very racist and homophobic including management. Good pay but not worth the hassle.
