Abide by and enforce policies. There is no professionalism because there are no repercussions for negative actions. Favoritism is a major problem and staff get away with doing whatever they please. Management need to also be more professional by managing not being friends with staff. Doctors need to be accessible to their patients and staff by communicating with them not around them.
More direct supervision needs to happen in order for change

Doctor etiquette seminars would be helpful. How to deal with staff and patients. Focus on quality not quantity. Hire professional managers who manage not befriend staff.
