Clerk of the Court (Former Employee) – Kissimmee, FL – April 13, 2015
Giving the best customer service to the public is what the Clerk of Court strives to do best. Many clerks are faced with many challenges. Usually with upset clients due to them having the incorrect information or not having all the requirements met to be able to complete the service. Clerks do their best to provide customer service. Sometimes management is called to reassure clients of the correct information and requirements needed. Being a clerk is difficult because one wants to provide the best customer service possible and is unable to do so for some due to not being prepared. It's a place where one is happy to work for with co-workers that are very friendly and are great teamplayers. Everyone is awesome at the Courthouse.

Mechanic (Former Employee) – St. Cloud, FL – October 14, 2016
Was a great place to work at one time. Management changes in the department and in HR have made it alot worse. Have not got a Merit raise in 8 years or more! Insurance cost goes up along with the deductibles every year! Requires you to be on call but they constantly look for ways to pay you less for doing it. Now you have to pay for your retirement. Took breaks away from us and told us they don't even have give us lunch by law so we should be thankful ( lunch is not paid ). Almost all large group HR meetings are ended with if you don't like it you can leave! Only Department in the county you have to pay for your own tools.
Certification reimbursement, great co-workers
Bad management, horrible HR department, no raises, no compensation for certifications or experience, Have to be on call but don't want to pay you.
