Maintenance Supervisor, Albuquerque, NM - November 24, 2015
The night typically started with a verbal pass down of on going critical issues if any, a review of emails and scheduling equipment availability for PM’s and repairs. Handling trouble calls, and training on new or revised SOP’s. Learned the criticality of an Aseptic Technique and cGMP. Management is supportive and never out of reach. My coworkers always maintained a professional approach getting their job done. I suppose the hardest part of the job was periodic long stretches of work without a day off. One of the enjoyable parts was knowing I was a part of a process for making a safe medicine for the sick.
