Arrive at work at eight thirty am and make my rounds to both kitchens talk to staff then begin to check up coming events. I learned how to solve health care related issues. Management where okay you have a certain few that practice what they preach. Co workers where 50-50 some hate their jobs and others love it. Hardest part of the job is when we have a resident pass away and you have developed a relationship with them. The most enjoyable part is to know that all your hard work and long days make the difference in most of the residents lives.
