Rick Blatstein, founder and principal owner, heads up OTG. With more than 30 years’ experience in the entertainment and food service industries, Rick ventured into airports in 1996 as an interim operator at Philadelphia International Airport. From that first concession, Rick has grown OTG into the second largest privately held airport food operator in the United States, with revenue numbers that lead the industry. Rick’s vision: creating customer desire for the OTG experience in airports all around the world. – less
