Proper safety equipment is conspicuously lacking. They do not follow OSHA guidelines for minimum staff on site or reasonable weekly work limitations. We were routinely asked to work consecutive 70+ hour weeks, stuck on graveyard shifts with no shift rotation schedule, we were unable to effectively take our vacation time without pressure to not do so because of short staffing issues. I would not wish that my worst enemy work for them...
Their managers are untrained and unexperienced. They play favorites and view everybody as expendable. Pay increases were not awarded as responsibilities increased and job titles changed. When asked, they would state that they could just pay the unskilled guy behind me less money to do the same work.
I learned a lot, mostly about how not to run a business. I did learn some about brewing, but there were no qualified managers with the time to bother actually passing down their knowledge.
