Nice place to work!
Administrative Assistant II (Current Employee) –  Chicago, ILAugust 11, 2016
I enjoyed my experience at the Ounce. This is a nice place to work, if only it became a permanent position. The people are fun to work with, the structure of the position is great. As the administrative assistant you are the "go to" person. You are in charge of your own meetings and time management.

Lead Teacher/Supervisor (Former Employee) –  ChicagoApril 17, 2014
Be focused and really help children. This is what I learned working for the Ounce. Children are in need of a honest, sensitive voice from teachers that really read their cues and respond to their needs.
Pros
free coffee, tea, hot chocolate
Cons
short breaks
