CSR department: Upper management fails middle management.

I loved my superiors (leads and supervisors) but they frequently found themselves enforcing ridiculous initiatives. Because the company attempts to pursue a trendy and flexible image, they are not able to pursue the company's best interests.
That said, this place is a great stepping stone but not somewhere where you'd pursue a career. I say this because there simply isn't mobility (unless you're willing to dedicate the best years of your life to dealing with angry customers and psychics).
Coworkers are FANTASTIC! Some strange people work there but overall, they manage to hire some of the nicest people I have ever met. Also, great diversity.
Hardest part of the job: Dealing with people who are addicted to psychic readings and expect to be treated like rational beings whilst behaving irrationally.
Best part of the job: Easy job with plenty of snacks and nice coworkers. Also, the office building is lovely.
