I really like my position as Administrative Assistant, it helped me to grown into the Office Manager position. It was a learning experience, and this is where I learned about the company and its practices.
My original company was bought out and I still stayed on as an Administrative Assistant for a short time before becoming Office Manager. During which time we learned a new system, SAP and new global structure. It was an exciting experience and the fact that I could contribute so much was very rewarding.
