Outreach, Inc. (www.outreach.com), the leading provider of church marketing and communication tools, is seeking an experienced, smart, and energetic Sr. Web Designer to join our small but critically important team of user-centered and service-oriented web and interactive design professionals. Build fluid goal-driven interfaces that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft web application technologies and render across a variety of devices.
Apply user-centered design practices with the context of a variety of rapid application development models.
Work collaboratively with inter-disciplinary teams of product managers, copywriters, merchandisers, software developers, graphic designers, etc.
Perform pre and post-release usability and compatibility validation.
Participate in the scoping, estimating, and planning of design activities.
3+ years Web/Interactive interface design experience working within formal user-centered design processes.
1+ years working in B2B or B2C eCommerce / commerce-driven web and mobile application environments. Multi-channel experience is a plus.
Experience integrating designs with the ASP/ASP .NET platform
Experience with Bootstrap or similar responsive frameworks
Mastery of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Protoshare, Balsamiq or similar UI design tools
Experience with CMS platforms such as Wordpress, Expression Engine, N2, etc. a plus
Portfolio demonstrating an ability to work across a wide range of design fidelities.
Bachelors degree in web/digital design, graphic design, media arts, or related area is preferred.
