Corporate Trainer, Bellevue, Washington - March 16, 2015
I would be given a territory every 2-4 days to canvass. Every morning I would be taking notes and preparing territory routes whilst training new employees. I learned many sales and business ethics and coaching skills. My management was fairly strict, I simply had to do what I was told and take it upon myself to fulfill teaching/coaching, uphold adequate sales, and being prepared every day. My co-workers became family, we would learn together, teach together, and coordinate our schedules on a daily basis. The hardest part of the job was that it was purely commission with no base pay, but it was part of the job. The most favorable part of the position was teaching and helping others.
