Installer (Former Employee) – Lancaster, PA – January 23, 2018
For some reason the compare you to people who have worked there for years even when you first start and are still learning. You are constantly told to work harder by people not doing anything even though you are already working as hard you can.

Customer Care Technician (Former Employee) – Lewisville, TX – December 14, 2017
Job can be stressful but exciting. I found it very satisfying to solve customers problems and educate them on how to better use their machine. however, the pay was not that great. Coworkers are willing to help, but it might hurt when you ask too much for help, when you are applying for a higher position. Management was very flexible with my school schedule.
Flexible schedule, great management, good job experience
This is a fun place to work. The management take care of its people. A comfortable relaxed atmosphere that brings out the best of it's staff. They have Diversity Day, which brings the numerous different people from other countries to meet and share cultures. I loved it.
Engineer (Current Employee) – Corpus Christi, TX – October 3, 2017
This company is something serious. No culture what so ever from a production environment. Everyone can be replace they say. Management has some real issues and don't what to work with other departments. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Customer Care Technician (Current Employee) – Lewisville, TX – August 30, 2017
Upper management is horrible. They pay their employees nothing. They have no intention of advancing you, ever. Half the employees do not know what they're doing. They get away with bare minimum while everyone else pulls their weight for them.
Garage Door Installer and Repair (Former Employee) – Oglesby, IL – August 18, 2017
This is a very good place to work for. I had fun every day with this job. Installing doors in the morning and going out in the afternoon to do repairs of garage doors and openers. It is a very hard job but I found it to be very rewarding.
Machine Operator (Former Employee) – Mount Hope, OH – July 24, 2017
The pay was great, benefits package was fair. Lacking in areas such as training mostly because there was so much work and so few people to do it. Turnover rate was high because it was rarely disclosed in the interview how hard the physical labor was or the long hours we worked.
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) – Lewistown, PA – June 25, 2017
Was employed for 2.5 years loved the work but other employees broke a lot of rules turnover rate is very bad can't keep people management stealing, they also did not care about rule breaking, very poor work environment, very stressful, bribes,
Installer/Technician (Current Employee) – Charleston, SC – May 17, 2017
Typical day at work arrive at the shop at 6am grab my paperwork go talk to the Residential Manager which is pointless but i digress. I then proceeded to load my jobs on my truck for the day and start my route. Going from job to job installing garage doors and motors all day talking with customers which i love doing thats probably one of the best things about my job is talking to customers the other is somedays i work at the beach and get to surf. The hardest part of my job is dealing with the management on my side of the company as I expressed earlier. There is no communication, organization, or motivation in the management on the Residential side of the company.
