Oxford placed me with a client whose requirements closely matched my skills.
I had the opportunity with the client to write, rewrite, and edit specifications from developer notes and interviews. I created block and flow diagrams from sketches. I created a Word template for the main document on which I worked, and I helped other developers apply the template to their documents. In short, I had the chance to do a little bit of everything, and that was a joy.
Mostly I worked with employees of the client. I had little contact with other Oxford employees, other than with my recruiter and the account manager who handled the client, and they were always promptly responsive to any questions that I had.
The contract was for a specific project, my part of which came to an end in October 2014, which explains the low "Job Security/Advancement" rating.
I would gladly work for Oxford & Associates again.
