Primary Purpose: To assist in the management of RFIs and Submittals and complete administrative duties as assigned.

Major Duties and Responsibilities/Accountabilities

1.Receive, log, and review design and construction related correspondence for Design/Build Projects

2.Maintain open communication between P&S Construction and construction site personnel and consultants

3.Cursory review of submittals for compliance with specifications and drawings

4.Manage correspondence on multiple projects simultaneously

5.Aid the design team in maintaining and updating LEED Documentation for projects

6.Assist in the creation of AutoCAD drafts

7.Help in the creation of proposal materials; including renderings, project descriptions, and presentations

8.Assist Design Project Managers in an effort to meet deadlines

9.Complete other duties as assigned

2.Know Design-Build and LEED Project Progression Prefferred

Education
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
