For our US Back Office team, we are looking for an office manager responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the Back Office Department.
Supervises accounting & payroll.
Responsible for ensuring effective & efficient support functions for P3 communications’ different business units.
Work with multicultural & distributed environment (offices in NJ, CA, TX, NC & Canada)
Prepare paperwork for hires and terminations. Organize on-boarding of new staff members.
Coach, mentor, discipline and evaluate back office staff performance.
Ensure filing systems are maintained and current including personnel files, I9 files & D & B checks.
Organize company bi-annual employee reviews & yearly bonus payments.
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
Design and implement office policies and procedures. Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
Process & maintain benefit programs- healthcare, 401k, etc.
Assist with COI’s and other business insurance needs.
Assist with H-1B’s and E2 visas.
Responsible for the facilities’ day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys & liaison with building)
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
Good overview of US & Canadian administrative business requirements & best practices.
Back office process design & optimization- ISO 9001.
Management of office events.
Responsible for general HR tasks.
Creating and maintaining a good working environment.
Willingness to occasionally travel as business needs arrive


Self –starter, problem solver, high ethical standards, reliable and dependable
Highly organized
Business degree or equivalent
High school diploma with a number of years administrative and supervisory experience
Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
Knowledge of business and management principles
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
