Paris Companies Uniform Services Division seeks a Large Account Customer Service Representative. This position is not sales, rather it is a dedicated account representative which serves as a liaison between Paris and large accounts to ensure we exceed expectations and quickly resolve issues. External 2 days a week calling on customers to ensure we exceed expectations. Internal 3 days/week interacting with various departments/levels of management, review/research/anticipates best methods to resolve issues, and maintains ownership until resolution. Required: Prior customer service experience, self motivated, organized, detailed oriented, computer proficient, excellent oral/phone communication skills, ability to overcome obstacles to see an issue to resolution, ability to diffuse difficult customer situations while maintaining decorum, exceptional listening skills, out of the box thinking and ability to multi task.
