To manage the operations and employees, ensuring efficiencies and customer service standards are met. This position will be require to perform services on the floor 90% of the time and to perform administrative duties 10% of the time.
-2 years previous retail management experience
-General automotive knowledge of systems
-Strong orientation toward sales building, increasing car count and driving all key measurable results
-Successful relevant experience in fast paced retail management
-History of effective people management through appropriate motivation, improving performance, tactfully addressing issues and quick judgement with independent decision making ability.
-Exceptional time management skills are essential, including the ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct and coordinate
-Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to read are essential
-Exceptional customer service and customer relations skills are essential
-Ability to provide appropriate technical communications to customers
-Ability to practice fairness and diplomacy as well as the ability to problem solve is essential
-Bookkeeping and budgeting skills along with attention to detail are essential
-Ability to work in a professional environment
-Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive vehicles
-Must be able to work at a rapid pace, for a long period of time
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test upon hire
