Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Dublin, OH
Reports To: Team Lead
Status: Hourly/ Non-Exempt/ Full-Time

Role Summary*
The position requires a passionate and service-minded customer care representative to work in a fun, creative environment where delighting, engaging and inspiring the customer is the CORE of every interaction. The representative will handle telephone calls to answer customer inquiries or resolve issues.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities*

  • Communicates and works directly with existing and new customers who have order status questions or those requiring changes to their orders.
  • Translates tech-speak, billing and eCommerce jargon in a friendly, easy to understand manner.
  • Leverages multiple sources of information to stay current on product features, technology changes and events that impact the customer.
  • Must follow protocol and use discretion in handling confidential customer information.
  • Anticipates next steps. Ensures an excellent experience after the call by setting expectations the customer may not have thought about; explaining when products will be delivered and when their credit card will be charged.
  • May also be responsible for gaining the customer's interest in purchasing additional products or services.

  • Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies, processes and environment.
  • High degree of drive and determination for results.
  • Creative problem solvers.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to troubleshoot basic issues related to home office technologies.
  • Must be comfortable in a fun, fast paced environment where calls are monitored, recorded and assessed.

Preferred Qualifications*

  • Prior call center experience.
  • Have experience using a Mac or iOS device.
  • Technical aptitude (computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new applications).

Work Conditions*

  • General office environment.
