PM helped me learn about the process of property management in both the residential and commercial market. I interact with clients from leads online, review calendars from 4 advertising websites, generate leasing agreements, collect payments, deposits, manage hospitality staff, complete a walk-thru, and work to resolve issues that arise. I jump in with both feet and work well under pressure. Management and co-workers are pleasant to work with. The hardest part of the job is that it is fast paced and coordinating schedules gets extremely busy. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting new clients and the opportunity to expand into either market.
