The Tivoli Tool Administrator will manage Tivoli Identity and Access Management (IAM) System configurations and provide ongoing support for any further enhancements.


Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Full-time information technology, system design and development, trouble-shooting and resolving problems related to personal computers, or closely related experience.
5 Experience utilizing Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access Manager, SailPoint, and Identity IQ in successful end-to-end implementation activities.
5 Performs new software release installations, system upgrades, configuration, maintenance, patch management, day-to-day user support and troubleshooting, as well as design and development activities as needed.
5 Performs technical evaluations of software involving analysis and implementation for the Child Support Enforcement Agency. Creates technical documents and demonstrations which include the findings and recommendations, and a specific and detailed description of the recommended system and instruction for its implementation.
5 Assists with the allocation of tool licenses; participates and manages any enhancements to existing toolset; identifies necessary tool patch upgrades and coordinates application.
5 Skill in sharing information accurately and effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong Considerable skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments on aggressive time lines without compromising accuracy.
Strong Ability to exercise judgment and make strategic decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Years Skills/Experience
4 Graduation from accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or closely related discipline.
1 Skill in specialized architecture, design or development in one or more of the key technologies, business process modeling.
1 Experience administrating Tivoli Suite of Products including:
o Tivoli Identity Manager v 5.1
o Tivoli Access Manager – eBusiness v 6.1
o Tivoli Access Manager for Enterprise SSO v 8.0.1
o Tivoli Directory Integrator v 7.0
o Tivoli Directory Server v 6.2
o Tivoli Federated Identity Manager v 6.2
o Tivoli Identity Manager v 5.1
o SailPoint Identity IQ software
1 Software configuration and change management, including defining and implementing software version control processes and repositories. Using LDAP for querying and modifying data using directory services.
1 Experience writing, scripts for deployment and installation of Software (DQL, SQL or other scripting tool).
1 Experience with Windows and AIX or UNIX.
Experience with security processes, technologies and information security solutions.
Working knowledge and experience with the Texas Child Support program.
