Job Summary
This dual role of Systems Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall project management including report writing and ensuring completion of key project deliverables. Individual will also be responsible for performing routine Systems Analysis in an Enterprise Active Directory environment.

Essential Duties and Tasks
Prepare reports and presentation in support of enterprise-wide solutions and projects
Configure and/or determine communications including but not limited to Firewall Forms, SQL and IP Scheme
Create project management documentation such as project charters, scope statements, work breakdown structures, project schedules, network diagrams, status reports, etc using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
Review, critique, and improve documentation, ability to design detailed documentation requirements, ability to determine contingency, and mitigation requirements
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Project documentation
Project ATO documentation
Project policies and procedures
Application issue reports
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports
Project metrics
Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Experience installing and administering Windows Server 2008r2
Strong understanding of configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, Organizational Units
Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory including Group Policy Object creation and management, AD migration and backup/recovery best practice
Working experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware ESXi Hypervisors Experience installing and administering Windows MOSS/2010 a plus
Experience configuring and administering Microsoft IIS web servers
Experience with Administering VMware Infrastructure 3 or vSphere 4
Experience working with Microsoft SQL server 2005 or 2008
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system problems
Ability to manage the implementation of new technology
Experience with the following equipment and/or applications
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008
Microsoft MOSS 2007/2010
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008
VMware vSphere 4
Dell Servers
Dell / EMC SAN

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience and/or certifications PMP or PMP training preferred
ITIL certification desired
Must be able to pass Level-5 (Public Trust) security requirements (background check)
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, and will be subject to any post-accident and/or reasonable suspicion testing throughout employment
EAD, Green card holders, and US Citizens

Physical Demands
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds
Employee will sit for several hours each day but will also need mobility and ability to stand, type, and walk for periods of time
