We specialize in both residential and commercial painting and carpentry work. We are looking for a self-driven, full- time Project Manager. The Project Manager will report to the sales team and is responsible for achieving immediate and short term objectives set forth; for example, production, quality, waste, safety and customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinating production activities based on production schedule
  • Recognize the sense of urgency to produce quality projects that meet customer expectations
  • Analyze and order inventory as needed when analyzing production priorities
  • Active supervision of personnel
  • Ensuring company policies are followed
  • Participate in operations as required; Assist field personnel
  • Set up and operate equipment as needed
  • Responsible for troubleshooting problems as well as checking the quality of all work
  • Troubleshoot and repair tools or equipment in the shop
  • Ongoing record keeping of projects and production
  • Maintain a safe work area or job site
  • Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Specific Skill Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 yrs. in a supervisory role running crews
  • Must know all aspects of painting and carpentry
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of production methods, processes, machines and equipment
  • Strong verbal, written, computer and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to be detail oriented while multi-tasking
  • Occasionally may need to work early or late depending on the project
  • Will usually be required to stand and walk for majority of the shift
