I currently process all billing for three branches and have processed up to six at a time. I turn quotes into orders and then schedule vendors to deliver. Sometimes I start returns on leases and have to schedule vendors to pick up units. I get PO's for all vendors. I post orders and returns that are completed. I sometimes have to look up payment information for vendors. I assist with contacting customers regarding past due balances. I answer billing questions for customers. Keep up daily transaction logs. I also keep customer insurance certificates current.
My coworkers are great. I have a great rapport will all of my coworkers. Although I do not have much free time to converse, we talk on breaks and lunch quite often.
The hardest part of my job would be the "feast or famine" aspect. I try to help with other branches that need assistance when I have any free time.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the satisfaction of helping people and knowing I did my job well.
