CEO is phenomenal. Hard part is that he has employed his own grown up children, some of which have no professional training for their positions. So they make decisions based on who their best buddy is at the time.
Makes it a little hard to approach HR and say there is an issue ... when its the CEO's offspring.
Co-workers are great and work hard .
Hardest part of the job is hearing the sad stories of the patients that you are helping. Also lists may not be fairly distributed and there is no way to hold management accountable. Also they indicate that they are OPEN to suggestions but most employees find that they really are not.
Enjoyable part were the celebrations in the company, birthdays, Christmas occasions.. the feeling of being a team ...
