Stressful and business minded management, a corporation is a corporation no mater how you sugar coat it with all kinds of belief statements. Their job is a waste of time.

There is very little work/life balance everybody is working weekends and all offices have multiple late days where they work until 7 or 8pm. There is a feeling of a team environment but that's hard to foster when the office is making millions of dollars a year and assistants are making the same hourly they have for year. There are lots of team incentives but it doesn't correlate with the obscent amounts if money the doctors are raking in.

The culture is make money at any cost! Get as many patients in the door as possible, so that they won't go anywhere else. Always push for same day treament, even if it causes a back up in the already hectic schedule and causes people to have to wait. The culture is don't complain about the schedule, just work harder and faster! You have to find a way to stay motivated when you feel like giving up!
