We take pride in offering exceptional service experiences for our customers and guests in more than 30 retail stores in San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Houston George Bush and New York JFK International Airports.

We are now moving in the direction of creating innovative dining locations at San Jose International Airport.

We are currently searching for an experienced IT Helpdesk Specialist. This position is based in South San Francisco.

Responsible for daily support and troubleshooting of all hardware and software , including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, phones, copy machines etc., at PGC locations. Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software including licenses. Maintain documentation on all departmental procedures, system security and user logs. Travel to all PGC locations to conduct training, deploy / repair hardware / software and support location staff.

Perform hardware and software maintenance on all PGC systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve all computer and network problems.
Install and provide technical support on POS turnkey system.
Track and resolve all service requests in a timely manner.
PC hardware, software printer and peripheral setup and configuration.
Configure and manage a variety of users (username/password/email accounts/etc.,)
Ensure all PGC data is appropriately backed up on a regular basis.
Utilization and configuration of standard end-user software applications.
IT support to PGC remote locations. Travel required.

Experience Required:
Retail / Food and Beverage POS system experience.
Experience with mobile devices such as Blackberry, iPhone & smart phones.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Procedure documentation.
Basic understanding of Exchange, Windows Server 2003/2008, & Active Directory.
Windows desktop operating systems (XP Pro, Vista, 7).
Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS & TCP/IP
Excellent communication skills with clients and PGC team.
Requires ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team and to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior management and operations.
College Degree preferred.
